Had a fantastic trip with my friends! We loved exploring Croagh Patrick and even spent a fun day out on the lake in one of the Swan Boats. The set menu was great for kids too. Staff were friendly, though dining could be improved. Overall, it was a good stay and a nice base for our adventures!

I had a lovely stay where the staff truly shone with their friendliness and attentiveness. The massages at the spa were exceptional, one of the best I've ever had! However, I found the WiFi to be quite unreliable, which was a bit frustrating during my stay.

The freshly squeezed juice at breakfast was a standout, paired perfectly with the picturesque views of the lovely gardens around the hotel. The breakfast spread was quite delightful, setting the tone right for our stay.

The spa facilities were a letdown! Cold changing rooms and a tepid jacuzzi that needed more love. We waited far too long for those jets to kick in. needless to say, we could've used a proper sauna session to warm up, but it didn't do much either!
